In this episode, I have the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Dan Libby, licensed clinical psychologist and founder of the Veterans Yoga Project, a non-profit dedicated to providing mind-body practices to facilitate recovery and resilience among veterans, their families, and communities. In our time together, we talk about the exciting developments in the use of yoga practices in a therapeutic environment and specifically in the military community.
